Working in concert with the Board of Trustees and the President, oversees and coordinates all strategic planning pertaining to all fundraising programs including the GLAZA Membership program. Oversees a staff of eight development officers who work to identify, cultivate and solicit gifts from individual, corporate, foundation and government donors. Responsible for building and shaping all ancillary unrestricted and restricted development programs including premier donor groups, the annual fund, capital gifts, planned giving, commemorative programs, recognition and stewardship. Responsible for coordinating for a capital campaign including working closely with campaign consultants, identifying volunteer leadership, setting goals, creating campaign materials, creating timelines and gift opportunities. Manages all development budgets. Oversees Membership program for GLAZA with over member households. Strengthens and promotes the public image, mission and philosophy of GLAZA with public and private agencies, corporations, foundations, individuals and state and local government officials. Served as Interim President from February, 2001 to April 2001.
