ABOUT EUGENIA FERNÁNDEZ BUSTAMANTE

I am a Project Management and Advocacy professional working at the intersection of human rights, social innovation, and education. I work on the design and coordination of initiatives that promote civic empowerment, equality, and systemic social change. My experience spans EU-funded and international projects that foster collaboration between institutions, educators, and civil society to strengthen human rights awareness and inclusive participation.Currently, I serve as a Project Officer in the Human Rights Education area at Amnesty International Italy, where I contribute to programmes that advance equality, participation, and democratic engagement through education and collective action. My work bridges project management, advocacy, and capacity-building, ensuring that human rights principles are embedded in both strategy and practice.Previously, as EU Project Manager at Fondazione E.
