I am a criminal lawyer with over ten years of experience in both the public sector and the corporate environment.I started my career working in criminal courts, handling cases from the investigation stage through trial. This gave me strong experience in litigation, evidence analysis, and legal writing.Over time, I focused more on cases involving technology. I developed experience in cybercrime investigations, digital evidence, and legal issues linked to online fraud and technology-related offences.Today, I work in the corporate sector, advising business and technical teams on criminal risk, digital fraud, cybersecurity incidents, and legal exposure. My role combines litigation strategy, internal investigations, and risk prevention, always considering the legal and reputational impact for the company.I am particularly interested in digital risk, data regulation, and the legal challenges raised by emerging technologies.
