About Gene White
Corporate tax professional with over 40 years of experience. After beginning my career with Arthur Andersen, I joined EY where I became a tax partner in its international tax practice. I then spent 11 years as VP Tax for Collins & Aikman Corporation, a multinational Fortune 500 company. After C&A moved its headquarters to Michigan, I formed White Consulting Services LLC to provide corporate tax services on a project basis and to represent Temmes Management Services which provided accounting, tax and corporate secretarial services in Luxembourg, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The Temmes business was subsequently acquired by IQ-EQ, a Luxembourg-based company that provides similar services to multinational companies in 24 countries.I retired from IQ-EQ at the beginning of 2022 and am available to provide part-time corporate tax services on a variety of federal, international and state tax matters. These services relate to mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy, international expansion, tax saving initiatives, tax compliance and transfer pricing. They also include assistance with interim tax services, post-merger integration, legal entity rationalization and tax project backlog.
