Responsible for the overall performance of the property, including resolving tenant concerns, policy compliance, direct personnel, motivate staff, evaluate tenant experience in addition to the following tasks: Oversee a staff of (9) and (415) residents Hire, train, supervise, develop, and terminate all on-site personnel Determine strengths and weakness of individual employees and work on goal setting Assist with all written work generated by Assistant Manager, Service Coordinators, Occupancy Coordinator, and Program Coordinator Maintain familiarity with all Regulatory Agreements governing the community Preserve awareness of all relevant laws and agency regulations, including but not limited to fair housing, sexual harassment, disability accommodations, and landlord-tenant relationships Outline marketing goals Foster open lines of communication with surrounding communities Inspect the property on a regular basis for safety hazards, property damage, and needed repairs by maintenance staff Recommend major physical repairs, replacements, and improvements Prepare monthly financial accounting reports Perform other duties as necessary
