If I\'ve learned one thing working in solar, it\'s that there is always room for improvement. Change is a permanent fixture, and those level-headed and agile enough to keep moving forward will make the greatest impact. I believe that by building better processes, avoiding fire drills, and taking a regular step back, we can formulate effective responses that, once put in place, can be referred to and updated again and again to encourage clear-eyed management of each new trial.My driving commitment: to foster the expansion of solar power as an affordable, convenient and mainstream option for household and commercial energy needs in the United States, and in California in particular. I think renewables are the future, and while young now, have the potential for a real grid takeover. I intend to be a part of that breakout moment. I specialize in the development, management, standardization and training of new processes. I have a deep passion for improving the lives of my team members and I like to see myself as the grease on the wheel, ensuring each process I come into contact with operates smoothly and reliably over the long haul.
