Dr. DePasquale received his M.D. degree from State University of New York, Downstate College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency, Fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine, and a Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology at the Yale-New Haven Hospital.
