Serves as the government’s expert-level Technical Lead for the planning, execution, management, and deliverables of the Integrated Concept Team (ICT), supporting Joint Staff advocacy for developing Joint CBRN Defense capabilities. Provides oversight, analysis, and management functions to identify, develop, coordinate, and integrate CBRN Defense capabilities in support of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Capabilities Integration and Development System, the Department of Defense Acquisition System, and test and evaluation processes in support of the Services and the Combatant Commands.• Collaborate with senior-level participants across the DoD Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP), including the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense (DASD(CBD)), the Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Military Services, the Joint Program Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD), the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Joint Science and Technology Office (JSTO), and the Test and Evaluation community.• Develop, review, and manage JCIDS documents for Joint CBRN Major Defense Acquisition Programs.• Lead gap analysis and requirements development with the Joint Staff and (DASD(CBD)), in support of the consolidation and update of research and developmental recommendations for the Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Memorandum of Understanding (CBR MOU), an agreement between the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia to develop and improve mutual CBR defense capabilities. • Collaborate internally within the Joint Staff/JRO-CBRND to synthesize supporting program information to guide and inform CBRN capabilities development, e.g, Concepts, Studies, Analyses, Threat and Risk Assessments, Capabilities Based Assessments (CBAs), Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs), Strategic guidance, and Joint Doctrine, Training, and Exercises.
