In this role, I oversee all operations within the Corporate Reliability Group and Reliability Laboratory, which includes conducting proactive Design Assurance and Reliability tasks to support all NPD programs. I also partner with program managers and cross functional teams to conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and usability studies to effectively manage risk.Selected Achievements:* Promoted from Lead Reliability Engineer to manage operations throughout the entire department, including the Corporate Reliability Group and Reliability Laboratory.* Built the Reliability Group from the ground up to oversee reliability of all new product introduced (NPD) globally.* Created and manage the corporate Design for Reliability program adopted by R&D and the entire global organization.* Improved onboarding for the Design for Reliability program by conducting team training on key processes.* Established and manage the Reliability Laboratory to utilize HALT, ALT, environmental, and other types of testing on new products prior to market launch.* Improved risk management by establishing a Reliability Screening program to target early life failures.* Drive strategic decision making by founding and serving as Chair of the STERIS Reliability Council.
