I played in the NFL for 7 years, drafted with the 8th selection in the 1st Round of the 2009 NFL Draft. Before that I became the number 1 ranked high school football player in the United States, and earned a degree at The University of Virginia. I met my wife Nureya on that journey, lifelong friends, and all the lessons learned via trial by fire that have shaped my current path in leadership, personal development and plant medicine.One day I found myself racing to learn on the fly, working my hardest just to stay afloat with new business. I didn\'t realize I had began coaching the men and women I looked up to, both older and more accomplished than myself in business. I was beginning to lead them into experiences in life with family they had given up on, attributing their career dynamics as a reason for failing marriages, partnerships, deal flow, etc. I believe in helping people find the freedom to achieve their goals and desires, while discovering their greater purpose and who they truly are so they can catapult from stagnation, to a running faucet of new unexpected connections, and new revenue and opportunities. We are innovating the impact individuals have in their homes first, their communities, their businesses and their personal goals every day.
