ABOUT EUGENE MCANENEY
With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, I began my career with Heron Bros Ltd as Placement Quantity Surveyor in 1985, becoming Construction Director in 2001. I am a member of the RICS and Association of Project Management. I have extensive experience in strategic financial management through various forms of procurement ranging from traditional, design and build through to collaborative partnering.I have overall responsibility for approved supply chain management process ensuring we partner with like-minded companies that will continually add value to our clients. I always encourage our project teams to collaborate and explore new methods of construction and component specifications to unlock value for our clients. In addition to my leadership role, I have overall strategic responsibility for the development of our Integrated Management System (IMS) consisting of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
