ABOUT EUGENE MASON
With 30+ years of experience as a construction professional, I have built a career that bridges healthcare construction leadership, superintendent development, and holistic coaching. As a Senior Superintendent & Training Specialist, I lead hospital and commercial projects with a focus on infection control, life-safety compliance, and utility coordination—while also creating training programs that empower superintendents and technicians to grow in both technical skill and leadership.My foundation in Architecture, combined with a LEED ID+C credential and an MBA in Sustainable Business, informs my commitment to safe, efficient, and sustainable project delivery. I bring visionary leadership to the AEC industry, helping strengthen both people and projects.Alongside construction, I have spent the past 15 years practicing and teaching alternative health therapies as a Martial Arts practitioner, Reiki Master, and Naturopath—helping individuals achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance.
