I started my journey in manufacturing at 18, working on the shop floor to help support my family. That early experience gave me more than just a paycheck—it gave me perspective, humility, and a deep respect for the people who make things happen every day.Over the years, I’ve grown through every level of the business—earning three master’s degrees, launching my own company, and eventually stepping into executive leadership. I’ve led plant start-ups, improved profitability and EBITDA, and helped turn struggling operations into stable, high-performing teams. But no matter how high I’ve climbed, I’ve never lost sight of where I came from—or the people doing the work on the ground.With 16+ years in manufacturing and operations, my passion lies in bridging strategy with execution, aligning people and process, and leading teams through growth and transformation.
