Current ProjectsTest Consultant / Test ManagerDormakabaMay 2019 – DateContracted to develop a testing function within the Dormakaba Dream Project which integrated CRMs and Catalogue services from Silca, Ilco and Advanced Diagnostics into a new digital platform. Lead design of automation test frameworks utilising C# and Selenium and drive integration with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline. Articulate in-sprint test plans, strategies, and approaches for automated and manual testing. Analyse project objectives to determine requirements for testability and completeness and create test cases. Coordinate with project stakeholders to appropriate prioritisation of tests. Define test entry and exit criteria. Coordinate and communicate on all product releases to live environments. Log, report, and defect management.Key Responsibilities included• Initiated and drove company-wide awareness and adoption of testing processes and managed projects, establishing a testing culture throughout the development lifecycle.• Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents/artefacts is documented and maintained• Created test metrics and authored reports to provide accurate project status and updates to inform stakeholder decision-making process and data for test management processes.• Created UAT test scripts and efficiently managed the UAT process alongside five teams of internal and external testers, overseeing complete defect lifecycle management, release cycles and completion of test reports.• Acted as a quality point of contact for the wider technical leadership and externals• Collaborating with all project teams and stakeholders to ensure that test schedules are in line with other project activities and to ensure that test objectives are understood and accepted by all.
