Deliverables included- Full CAF self-assessment report- Actionable cyber resilience roadmap with recommendations to advance system maturity and regulatory alignment.• Engineered cyber security hardening for legacy OT Network Architecture and Infrastructure. Implemented compensating security controls for specific unsupported legacy systems by deploying zoning strategies per IEC 62443 / ISA99.• Achieved success in modernizing legacy platforms of the critical HVDC Infrastructure through secure virtualisation solution that involved P2V (physical-to-virtual) migration of aging control systems into a VMware ESXi-based virtualised environment, ensuring- High availability and real-time performance for HVDC control applications- Preservation of data integrity and deterministic system behaviour within virtualised server clusters- Integration of new technology layers without disrupting legacy dependencies—enabling secure, scalable, and compliant operation of the nationally critical power transmission asset- Regulatory compliance with CAF and critical infrastructure security standards• Technical design deliverables included- Cybersecurity Specification for HVDC control networks- Network Design Specification for the HVDC scheme- Series V HVDC Virtualisation Design Specification - Backup and Disaster Recovery Strategies.
