About Eugene Bailey
Started my career off in the Steel Industry as an electrician/maintenance apprentice and worked through a few different roles throughout my career. In 2010, I joined Molson Coors as a Mechanic for their Production team then to Reliability Services. In that time, I have taken on numerous projects and tasks such as testing SAP for our Maximo to SAP conversion, training the Brewery on SAP. This has been great for my overall professional growth. Through this experience, Ive learned so much about how to help others become successful. I am also a part of a Line Trio and my primary responsibilities are Maintenance planning and scheduling, defect handling and breakdown elimination.
