About Eugena Oh
Upon completing my undergraduate studies in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Management, I sought out to work in the customer service industry by gaining experience at Nordstrom as a sales associate and Embassy Suites as a front desk agent. My tenure in these customer-centric positions deepened my interest for enhancing user experiences and naturally sparked my interested in User Experience Design. Motivated by this, I began studying UX Design in 2020. Since then, I\'ve been passionately engaged in the industry, embracing challenges and collaborating with teams to craft user-centered, and optimal solutions.
