Following PwC’s acquisition of Pollen8, I drove its integration, commercial reposition, and transformation into a global enterprise platform embedded across the PwC network. Accountable for product vision, roadmap, and delivery, I partnered with product delivery teams to scale adoption and embed the platform into core business processes. My role also extends to driving product management capability across the wider network, with responsibilities for team growth, culture, and embedding a value proposition of product stewardship.
