I help businesses to understand the commercial value they can offer to their customers.I’ve worked for a number of SaaS, telecoms and technology businesses, both large and small to understand commercial value both from the businesses’ perspective and for the customer. I enjoy gathering the insight and understanding around how customers operate in order to inform commercial strategy - both for individual deals and for the organisation more broadly.I’ve worked at organisations as diverse as Europe’s best funded tech startup, retail & health technology businesses, US consultancies, German communications firms.In a fast paced environment with a thousand things going on at once, it’s often hard to connect all the dots from product, tech, finance, sales, legal and operations to build a deal or a clear commercial understanding of what works (or doesn’t work) for the customer and the business.
