I serve as the lead optical engineer within the fluorescence development team, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers to fulfil projects of varying timescales and complexities for new and existing customers. I design bespoke solutions for customers, which is a key part of the company\'s ethos. I also work closely with our production, operations, applications and sales teams to troubleshoot issues in assembly and validation, as well as in the field, and help perform challenging test measurements using our in-house systems.
