I joined NatWest Group in 2008 as part of the Flying Start Programme, a talent programme in to Business Banking relationship management.Following several successful years managing the banking relationship of SMEs across the central belt of Scotland, I have worked as a Solution Designer and Product Management roles across the Retail and Commercial divisions of NatWest, introducing digital solutions and process efficiencies in our customer and colleague interactions.In recent years, I have worked in Journey Development of our Retail Credit Card product suite and delivering regulatory change to the Bank’s transactional processes in our Current Account and Savings products across Great Britain and Northern Ireland, developing a passion for implementing change with a focus on Regulation, Governance, Risk Management and Control development within the Retail Bank.I am currently the Senior Change Manager Lead for Retail Change Governance, driving One Bank efficiencies across governance frameworks.
