From November 2024, I became a Graduate Surveyor at Montagu Evans. Based in Edinburgh, my main specialism is Valuation Advisory. I carry out valuations of commercial properties, residential development sites as well as mixed portfolios. I am a member of the Commercial Valuation and Residential Valuation teams, based down in London, often assisting these teams with work down south when required. I regularly have the opportunity to work at the Montagu Evans headquarters in the City of London.For the next two years, this role includes training for the Assessment of Professional Competence, providing me with the opportunity to become a RICS Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer.
