I am a statistical analyst, I have a degree in Statistics for Business Management and a Master in Banking and Finance. At the moment I work in CVM (Customer Value Management) team at TSB Bank. My current role is based on extraction and activation of target marketing campaigns with focus on Lead Campaign (same role for LLoyds TSB for the first year).Before I was in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team at the Banca Popolare di Vicenza.
