Responsible to handle the full cycle of recruitment - source, screen, validate, offer, and close resources for job requirements.• Extensive experience in Internet based recruiting tools (i.e: Monster, Dice, Hot Jobs, and few of free jobsites, user groups (i.e. Google, Yahoo, LinkedIn and MSN etc.)• Responsible for hiring, evaluations, contracts, agreements, account negotiations, and training.• Identifying sources of potential candidates in market and designing of strategy to meet the targets in different skill categories on time. • Screening of profile, taking preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks of the candidates. • Negotiate salaries/hourly rate with candidates/sub-contractors.• Keep candidate posted with the feedback from clients. • Source candidates through various job portals, referrals and networking etc. as well as internal database for the given requirements. • Pre-screen & pre-qualify each & every candidate to be submitted. • Customize resumes to align candidates experience to enable appropriate fitment to client requirements within the given time period. • Have a sound knowledge of various recruiting practices, terms, responsibilities, intricacies and ability to mould or adapt to the situations demand. • Have experience in dealing with all kind of authorization (Citizen, GC, EAD, TN, etc.)• Used innovative ways to source candidates that include internet searches, database, searching, active referral generation, advertising, headhunting and sourcing from out of the box methods.
