I am an award-winning mental health professional with a demonstrated history of providing counselling, psychotherapy and trauma-informed care to children, youth and families. Over ten years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and their families using a variety of modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Counselling, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I have experience supporting individuals with depression, trauma, anxiety, stress, identity crisis, anger management, grief, learning difficulties and academic challenges.
