Responsible for project design and management, budget preparation, planning and operational monitoring for continuous improvement, project evaluation, drafting of final reports, verification of expenditure and ex post audits as well as project risk management. Over the past years, Etienne has acquired valuable experience in coordinating business or organization projects, mainly using sustainable project management techniques. He also has a strong understanding of the project management or grant contract management process, procurement control procedures, execution and management of public procurement litigation and has worked on fundraising for projects.
