As CRM Process Analyst and functional member of the CRM Team, I am reviewing, customizing and building processes, KPIs and CRM tools for our Commercial and Customer Service teams globally.My role is to concile and streamline business needs into global tools to build business value, granting national/regional agencies the ability to work with their specific characteristics while keeping a global structure to allow for data gathering and analysis and a common standard in our customer interractions.On a daily basis, I work in an agile and international environment, speaking with business stakeholders from agencies all around the world to improve customer knowledge and relationship as well as our agents\' work.
