Lead a pan-European program to implement an in-house Car Insurance Business Line, through the coordination of the following activities- Define the Car Insurance products range, including Connected Insurance, UBI (Usage Based Insurance), LEV (Low Emission Vehicle) and ADAS / autonomous car offer, which open disruptive models and opportunities- Support the setup of a multilingual platform to manage customers and dealers experience- Implement a unique IT ecosystem using several SaaS solutions, including the full Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Digital and Data)- Support the coordination with the regulator and Freedom of Services requirements- Define and implement the reinsurance strategy through XoL and Quota share treaties- Define the car insurance Data Strategy maximizing the new data (ADAS, connected car data) and boost technical analytics (product, claims, customer experience) and implement a cloud base data lake for modelling and data visualization - Optimize the car insurance distribution and value chain through innovations and the active involvement of dealerships and Stellantis Brands to boost penetration and improve customer experience- Monitor the relationship with partners (integrator, intermediary, reinsurers), setup and secure a robust global governance, lead the projects combining both OEM and insurance cultures- Oversight car insurance sales and penetrations across launched markets to maximize sales and revenues- Report to the CEO of Stellantis Insurance
