ABOUT ETHAN HARDEN
Currently I’m pursuing a master\'s in finance with a focus in AI/machine learning at Auburn University, while joining Auburn\'s baseball team as a left-handed pitcher. I’m a class of \'25 Finance and Economics graduate from Belmont University, where I earned cum laude honors and was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the international economics honor society. This past summer, I worked at Altitude Ventures on healthcare-focused deals. I was heavily involved on the buy-side diligence of an eight-figure acquisition for the firm, building out a detailed financial model, putting together a pitch deck for investors, and conducting market research to support the deal. That experience gave me valuable exposure to M&A processing and growth equity investing. Balancing academics and Division I baseball has taught me resilience, teamwork, and how to perform under pressure, which are skills I bring into the professional workspace. I’m passionate about finance, enjoy working through complex transactions, and aim to continue developing expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution to help companies create value in an M&A environment.
