As Head Coach of the 10U squad, I am responsible for designing and leading structured practices, teaching basketball fundamentals, and developing players’ teamwork and discipline. Beyond the court, I coordinate with parents, manage schedules, and handle team logistics to keep everything running smoothly. Coaching young athletes requires balancing skill instruction with motivation, conflict resolution, and patience, while still maintaining a competitive and organized environment. This role has challenged me to think strategically, communicate clearly with both kids and adults, and create a positive team culture where players can grow as athletes and individuals.
