I’m an experienced operations executive whose path to leadership has been anything but conventional — and that perspective is exactly what sets me apart. Before entering the world of operations, I served in law enforcement, a career that instilled discipline, decisiveness, accountability, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. I later earned a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration, strengthening my foundation in leadership, structure, ethics, and strategic thinking.That foundation has translated directly into my success in operations leadership. Over the years, I’ve led multi-site, field-based teams across vending, micro-market, coffee, and technical service environments — overseeing complex logistics, building scalable systems, strengthening performance culture, and driving measurable improvements in efficiency, service quality, and revenue. My work has involved managing large teams, optimizing workflows, elevating standards, and helping organizations modernize both their infrastructure and their approach to service delivery.At the core of my leadership style is servant leadership. I believe the role of an executive is to remove barriers, develop people, and align systems so teams can perform at their highest level. I take pride in coaching future leaders, navigating change, and creating environments where accountability and support coexist.As a husband and father, I bring that same sense of responsibility and purpose into my professional life.
