It\'s been a fun path from the first day I heard that half of all new jobs in the USA are created by startups and small businesses, to studying all the back of house operations founders don\'t want to focus on, to leading businesses through operational excellence. Our supply-led, go to market-driven approach understands that schedule success matters most when you\'re building data centers, solar facilities, and nuclear power plants. By focusing on discipline, predictability, and scalability, we work with you from Day 1 to define, build, deploy, and support the platform that supports your program for the long-term. Then we run that program with you to turn that project online, on time. Empirix leads 950 megawatts of active data center OFCI with a 6-gigawatt pipeline. As Chief of Staff, my role is to support Strategy, lead Internal Operations, and lead Team Performance.
