Ethan assists clients with commercial business litigation and construction law matters, concentrating on complex matters in both state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations. Clients look to Ethan for his analytical and drafting skills associated with construction transactions, as well as his attention to detail and approachable communication style. Ethan represents construction professionals, including owners, developers, general contractors and suppliers. He advises clients on drafting and modifying contracts and insurance requirements to achieve consistent and efficient results on their construction projects.
