   Managed a Team of 6 Collateral Officers ranging from Entry to Mid-level professionals. • Implemented Team SOP’s to effectively train, and provide efficient process management, as well as highlight any operational risks to prevent gaps in coverage. • Conducted regular check-ins with team members as well as performing 1-on-1 evaluations. • Processed Security Loans, repayments, and collateral messages as part of the Security Lending & Collateral Management, per EDM guidelines. • Consulted with Repo Trading Desk to project collateral position intraday ensuring appropriate collateral for triparty allocations. • Structured Agreement Terms regarding collateral in credit systems with Legal for ongoing Compliance monitoring. • Maintained and monitored Fund and Equity investments, including inflows, outflows, performance analysis and record maintenance. • Worked with Business, Legal, IT, Client Hub, Senior Management, and Stakeholders to coordinate internal and external financial data with (Custodians, Collateral Vendors, Servicers, and Ad Hoc Reporting). • Supplied daily support for external asset disbursement, internal processing, and settlement for associated functions (Money Markets/Triparty Custodians/Stock Borrow Loan). • Pledge & Release collateral at DTC, managing settlement activities during peak times ensuring settlements occur as expected. • Identified and resolved collateral breaks resulting in client accounts reflecting proper credit and debits. Provided timely resolution of all control issues arising during our process execution.
