Ethan Reis Hypnosis offers an understanding and empathetic approach to hypnotherapy, allowing you to create lasting change for a new life. I assist clients in achieving their personal goals in such areas as habit modification, stress or anxiety reduction, overcoming fears/phobias, performance or test anxiety, study or eating habits, as well as increasing self-confidence, self-esteem, and motivation. I graduated with High Honors in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, Tarzana, California, the nation’s first accredited college of hypnotherapy. Ethan Reis Hypnosis offers services to children, teens, and college students, as well as adults. My specialties are psychosomatic pain, pain management, performance anxiety, ADHD, and changing behaviors such as smoking, eating habits and stressful or unhealthy patterns. I am passionate about mindfulness, nature, travel, football, and yoga. In addition to hypnotherapy, I work with children and teach soft skills, mindfulness and empowerment at camps in both the US, and Costa Rica.
