We make living in small scale rental units feel like living in a highrise luxury building. We partner with property management companies to offer these services to residents and in exchange, offer a full maintenance coordination platform to property managers at no cost to them. This suite of services creates new revenue streams for managers while reducing the cost and time burden of performing excellent maintenance services to residents.
