ABOUT ETHAN JONES

I’m an experienced CDL-A Driver with a long history in trucking and a strong understanding of operations from the ground up. Alongside my driving career, I previously served as an ELD Product Owner and Yard Management System Administrator, where I supported fleet technology, telematics, system integrity, and compliance across multiple sites.My driving background includes P&D, flatbed, reefer, doubles, grocery distribution, and local/regional freight. That real-world experience is the foundation of how I approach work—focused on safety, efficiency, communication, and professionalism. It also gave me the perspective to make meaningful improvements when I stepped into system administration and product ownership.In my former tech role, I managed telematics platforms, validated configurations, improved workflows, created SQL-based reporting, and worked directly with IT and vendor teams to ensure uptime, security, and accurate driver data. I understand both sides of fleet operations: what drivers need to succeed and how systems must support them.Today I bring that combined expertise back into my driving career—delivering safely, providing great service, and offering a deeper operational understanding that helps fleets run smoothly.I’m open to CDL-A opportunities, operations roles, and Technical Support roles that value an Individual with telematics, compliance, and system administration experience.
