I am an Actuarial Technician at Aon working on the Health and Benefits Team. I perform important model updates to monitor the experience of our clients. I use updated data to create client deliverables that will help them make better business decisions. My current focus is leveraging VBA to automate spreadsheets so we can process data more efficiently. My automation saves myself and teammates countless hours, which as a result gives us more time to analyze the bigger picture and make recommendations for our clients. I am always looking for new ways to save time so I can focus on my passion, which is making healthcare both affordable and equitable.

   I work on many client teams of various sizes with notable clients being the State of New Jersey, and Verizon. My primary focus in this role is assisting in the actuarial projects required to manage the health care of our clients. Common tasks include the updating of incurred but not reported models, experience monitoring reports, actuarial value models, projection models, rate sheets, and stop loss models. I leverage my VBA skills to write macros that make the creation of reports more efficient to allow a shift in focus towards reviewing.
