   Led front-end architecture for a government-to-government AI product suite, spearheading the development of a greenfield, reusable component library (Svelte and Web Components) and design token system published to the npm registry, which achieved full adoption across all product teams.Served as engineer for the US Web Design System where I authored web components and built a CI pipeline with performance and accessibility monitoring, unit and functional tests, and visual regression testing with GitHub Actions.Developed a REST API written in Go with OpenAPI for a web property that receives 50M page views per month.Led a data science research initiative on federal web performance, conducting quantitative analysis using BigQuery, the Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX) API, and Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).Developed front-end components for a federal form builder application using React, Astro, and TypeScript, integrating with an Express/Postgres back-end.Provided consultation on the topic of web performance optimization to various programs and product teams within the federal government including the US Web Design System, Digital Analytics Program, and Cloud.gov.
