Built the centralized Consumer Lending Operational Risk & Compliance team covering all businesses aligned with Consumer Cards and Marketing (CCM) which currently includes Emerging Payments, Cross Business Strategies & New Product Development, Loyalty Solutions, Cards and Personal Lending Marketing, Product Capabilities and Customer Experience Strategy, Co-brand Product, Branch Cards, Channel Readiness, and Social Media and Influencer Marketing. • Manage respective CCM Operational Controls teams covering the businesses referenced above for functions including but not limited to Change Management, Policy and Procedure Review and Adherence, Business Process Mapping, Issue Resolution, Complaint Resolution, Quality Assurance / Quality Control, and Business Resiliency • This new model lifted responsibilities from the line of businesses allowing their employees to focus on their business objectives while creating efficiencies with communication, comprehension and execution • Created and implemented the Change Management framework for Digital Credit Card Acquisition which has since been adopted as the standard for Consumer Lending.
