   Established foundational people programs, policies and talent frameworks to support a growing, high-performing organization. Provided strategic people leadership serving on the executive team. Improved the employee experience by implementing performance reviews, defining the company\'s compensation philosophy, collecting and acting on feedback through regular surveys, tracking engagement, and helping define our mission and values. Partnered with the CEO and President to implement EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) across the company to help build a more cohesive organization. Oversaw training and helped leaders adopt the tools and frameworks effectively. Expanded the People team to scale support capacity and impact across the company.
