About Ethan Bengelsdorf
I am a third-year at Northeastern University studying International Affairs and International Business with a minor in Environmental Studies and a focus on the Middle East.My recent academic and professional work focuses on the intersection of international policy, business strategy, and sustainability, particularly as it relates to addressing the global climate crisis. Through my work in municipal government at Boston City Hall and engaging with international organizations through the United Nations Dialogue of Civilizations program, I\'ve developed a strong understanding of how policy functions in practice at both local and global levels. Through leadership roles engaging hundreds of participants, serving in student government, and teaching diverse student groups, I\'ve developed strong interpersonal and communication skills that I believe are essential for driving effective solutions to complex challenges. I hope to ground future work in policy, renewable energy, or sustainable finance where I can continue applying this cross-sector perspective to contribute to meaningful change.
