The front office doesn\'t stop answering routine patient calls from the moment they arrive at work until the moment they leave the office. OhMD automates patient calls so patients never have to wait on hold again. Because when they wait on hold, they hang up - and that means fewer appointments and less revenue.Now patients can automatically schedule themselves over the phone using AI, and when things get complicated, have conversations with humans in their preferred method of interacting with their care.
