I graduated with a degree in Economics and initially explored a path into Data Science to apply the analytical and quantitative skills I had developed. After teaching myself SQL and completing a Python course, I realized that while I enjoyed understanding technical concepts, I was far more energized by working with people than by being hands-on with code. That insight led me into technical recruiting - where I could bridge the gap between technology and human connection.I bring over eight years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources across the Oil and Gas, Staffing, Technology, and Government Consulting industries. I’m known for being data-driven with a human-centered approach, and for developing practical, creative solutions to complex organizational challenges.
