About Ethan Wadsworth

I am a motion designer, animator and compositor with experience in the entertainment industry, advertising, iOS games and digital media. I\'ve worked for TITMOUSE/ADULT SWIM & CONVERSE, NOGGIN, CARTUNA/NICKELODEON, DOPAMINE PRODUCTIONS/PBS, CYNOSURE CREATIVE and SHIBAZZLE, plus a few more.I started in 2D hand-drawn animation and moved into composting and motion graphics where I use my knowledge of visual storytelling, animation principles, world-building, and VFX in every project. I work in a variety of styles because storytelling always comes first for me, and different stories/projects require different styles. In addition to animating I love editing, sound design, and can draw anything. I am technically proficient in numerous programs with my favorites being After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Rive. I also like to use Blender and Maya to enhance the production on 2D animation so I can experiment with different ways of working.In the workplace I know the importance of a good work flow and of coming in within budget and on-time. I take direction well, but can also take the lead when needed.
