I have practiced with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings in Birmingham since 2003 and lead the firm\'s Complex Litigation Team. I enjoy having a diverse litigation practice, representing both businesses and individuals in state and federal (including bankruptcy) courts throughout the Southeast. I am honored to be named in Best Lawyers in America and to have a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating. I also enjoy giving back to the legal profession through service with state and national bar associations. I currently serve as the Chairperson of the Alabama State Bar Association\'s Task Force on the Future of the Legal Profession. Nationally, I have been involved in leadership with the American Bar Association for over a decade, including previously serving in the ABA\'s House of Delegates and as Assembly Speaker of the ABA\'s Young Lawyers Division.
