ABOUT ETHAN KEMP
I am a Program Manager - Sustainability at Plug and Play Tech Center, and am passionate about supporting technology development to drive cleantech innovation. By collaborating with emerging startups, leading corporations, and government agencies, Plug and Play Alberta works to champion entrepreneurship and new business growth across the province. In my role, I act as the bridge between startups and corporate partners. On the startup side, I establish the programming for each sustainability accelerator cohort to ensure startups receive value and growth through workshops, mentor sessions, and industry connections. For corporations, I nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their unique sustainability objectives and help guide innovation through Plug and Play’s unique model. Through my education and past work experience, I have developed my passion and expertise in areas including entrepreneurship, technology development, and clean energy.
