About Ethan Searle
I was born in Australia, grew up in Florida, and went to school in Boston (Boston College). I decided to stick around in Boston despite the cold because of the great friends I have made here as well as the communities I have been able to join. I volunteer with the Boston Debate League and I am interested in social good and health tech.Currently, I am working to support the Life Sciences and Healthcare teams grow their portfolio and help our clients achieve their goals. My job is to help bankers find companies we want to do business with, model profitability for lending opportunities, and manage current client relationships.This role has already given me the opportunity to support our government team with similar responsibilities and I am excited to see what the future holds for my role as I continue to hone my treasury, banking, and credit skills.
