Over the past few years, I\'ve actively pursued various employment opportunities that have significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth. I began my journey at the age of 15 as a dishwasher, driven by my goal to save for my first car. This experience instilled in me the values of hard work and commitment.After the closure of that business, I joined T.J. Maxx as an Associate, refining my customer service and time management skills. The summer of 2021 led me to work at a local golf course, a personal favorite, where I began in maintenance, mastering problem-solving, and equipment repair. Eventually, my performance led to a role in the clubhouse, further diversifying my skills.Most recently, I worked at a local farm and hotel, responsible for maintaining the property\'s grounds. Operating independently, I managed tasks like weed whacking, lawn mowing, wood cutting, and pool maintenance, including handling chemicals and addressing algae issues. This role enhanced my problem-solving abilities and improved the property\'s overall appearance and functionality.I am now a sophomore pursuing a business degree at Ohio University. I plan to use all of my work experience to help myself make connections, succeed academically, and develop the skills needed to contribute to a work environment effectively.
