ABOUT ETHAN MCLAUGHLIN

As an Industrial Engineering student at Arizona State University, I am deeply passionate about process optimization, data analytics, and operations management. My academic journey has been marked by a strong enthusiasm for exploring the multifaceted world of industrial engineering. This passion extends beyond the classroom, as I actively seek opportunities that challenge me to apply my skills in practical settings. My experiences range from optimizing transportation services at ASU to hands-on involvement in building race cars with Sun Devil Motorsports. These roles have honed my abilities in problem-solving, project management, and effective communication. In addition, my time at Amazon as a Central Operation Associate allowed me to develop a keen understanding of operational efficiency and customer service excellence. I am eager to expand my horizons and am actively seeking opportunities that offer both professional and personal growth. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to contribute to and learn from innovative and impactful projects in the field of industrial engineering. My goal is to leverage my skills and experiences to make meaningful contributions to my future workplace, while continuously evolving as a professional in this dynamic field.
